38 year old who wished to be full D cup size after breast augmentation. She was also concerned about the loss of upper pole breast volume.A dual plane submuscular dissection was done using an inframammary fold incision. Mentor 425 cc moderate plus profile silicone gel implants were used to achieve a D cup breast size. Notice a natural shape and filling of the upper pole of the breasts.
