Case Details

31 year old who presented with a complaint of deflated breasts. She was a B cup size before surgery and wished to be a D cup size after surgery. Post-operative photos were taken 3 months after surgery. Allergan 445 cc Inspira moderate profile silicone gel implants were placed in a dual plane pocket beneath the muscle. She was a full D cup size after surgery. Note the natural appearance and the gradual slope of the upper pole. She was very pleased with the results. The preexisting asymmetry was also corrected during the procedure.
