59 year old woman with droopy eyebrows and excess skin over the upper eyelid. Notice that the brow shape has been converted from flat/more horizontal in the before photos to a more arched brow, located at a higher level on the forehead. However, the brow is not overly high and the outer end of the brow is higher than the inner end which is very important for an aesthetic looking brow. An upper blepharoplasty was also done. She is shown before and four months after the procedure.
