This 46 year-old female came to Solomon Plastic Surgery 10 years after having gastric bypass surgery. She had complaints of excess skin over the lower abdomen, along with adiposity of the central abdomen, upper abdomen, and bilateral flanks. Patient had an Abdominoplasty with Liposuction of the Abdominal Wall & Flanks, utilizing Dr. Solomon’s 3D Tummy Tuck technique. Note her dramatically improved contours of the circumferential torso.
