This 46-year-old patient came to Solomon Plastic Surgery with complaints of excess skin of the upper eyelids, as well as fullness of the lower eyelids. Dr. Solomon was able to give her a beautiful & corrective result with a well-concealed incision along the natural crease of her upper eyelids, as well as utilizing a transconjunctival, sub-septal approach in the lower lids (internal incision inside the lower lid – no exterior scar). After photos were obtained at the 3-month post-op mark.
