42 year old with underdeveloped breasts who wished to have a breast augmentation. She also had a milder variety of tubular breasts and wished to have this corrected. She is shown before and one year after breast augmentation and correction of the tubular breast deformity. A periareolar lift would have diminished the size of the areola and provided a lift with better contours, but was not done due to patient preference. Allergan inspira 445 cc smooth round moderate profile gel implants were placed on both sides in a dual plane submuscular position. She was very pleased with the outcome.
