35 year old from Dallas who was unhappy with her breast shape and size. She was a small A cup size before surgery and wished to be a full C cup size after breast augmentation. She had a very active lifestyle and did not wish to be too large. Note the significant asymmetry between the sides. The right breast is hemispherical while the left side is oval. She also has very prominent/protuberant rib cartilages between the breasts. After photos show a well augmented look with good correction of the pre-existing asymmetry. A dual plane dissection was done and implants were placed beneath the muscle (submuscular). On the left side, an Allergan smooth round moderate profile 310 cc silicone gel implant was placed. On the right side, an Allergan smooth round moderate profile 330 cc silicone gel implant was used. The prominent rib cartilages are uncorrected.
