31 year old who had breast augmentation with another surgeon previously. The implants had been placed over the muscle and she had developed scar tissue contracture. A neopectoral pocket technique was used to create a new space with conversion from over the muscle to beneath the muscle. 350 cc Mentor high profile smooth round silicone gel implants were used. She was very pleased with the outcome. After photos show correction of the pre-existing unfavorable contours and closer symmetry.
