53 year old woman who presented with loss of breast volume and excess skin and fat over the abdominal wall. A mommy make over was performed. The photos show the appearance before and 3 months after surgery. Breast augmentation was performed using Allergan 445 cc moderate profile gel implants. Lipoabdominoplasty (tummy tuck with extensive liposuction of the abdomen) was also performed at the same time.
