32 year old who presented for breast augmentation to my Dallas office. This is 32 year old woman who was a small C cup size before augmentation. She wished to be a full D cup size after augmentation and wanted to fill out the upper pole of her breast where she had lost volume. 425 cc Mentor moderate plus profile implants were placed in a submuscular position. Post-operatively, she was a full D cup size and very pleased with the natural results. The scar noted on the left areola was from unrelated surgery several years before breast augmentation.
