37 year old who presented to Solomon Plastic Surgery for breast augmentation. Although her breasts are symmetrical, they lack volume, projection and upper pole fullness. Post procedure photos show an excellent and natural breast contour without the tell tale signs of breast augmentation. Allergan Natrelle Inspira smooth responsive silicone gel implants, SRM 360cc were used. An infra mammary incision was used to create a dual plane submuscular pocket. She was extremely pleased with her results.
