Ella S. MPAS PA-C

Clinical Director

Ella is a seasoned Dermatology PA who joined Solomon Clinic of Plastic Surgery as a Clinical Director.

She is dedicated to excellence in patient care, efficient operations and supportive work environment.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Ella received a Bachelor’s degree from Baylor University before going on to earn Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from the Texas Tech University of Health Science Center.

While at Texas Tech, she received a TTUHSC SHP scholarship for her academic achievement and graduated at the top of her class.

ORGANIZATIONS AND MEMBERSHIPS

Ella has served as an Editor at the prestigious Journal of Dermatology PA publication and precepted dermatology students. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Texas Academy of Physician Assistants and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Dina Jimenez

Office Manager/ Patient Care Coordinator

With over 15 years in the medical field, Dina is our dedicated Patient Care Coordinator and Office Manager. She ensures a smooth, efficient experience for both patients and office operations. Dina expertly manages the surgical schedule for Solomon Plastic Surgery and coordinates procedures at Frisco Surgery Center. Her organization, precision, and commitment to excellence create a seamless journey for every patient.

Passionate about care, Dina takes pride in building supportive relationships. Having undergone her own aesthetic journey, she brings empathy and insight to those navigating similar paths, understanding both the emotional and physical sides of cosmetic transformation. She’s there to guide, encourage, and empower patients every step of the way.

Melanie Sweaney

Front desk

Melanie grew up in Southern California and relocated to the beautiful state of Texas at the age of 23. She worked in the interior design industry for 18 years but was ready for a change of pace. She has been with Dr. Solomon and his extraordinary team ever since.

As the Office Administrator, Melanie answers the phones, schedules appointments and handles surgical consents for all procedures. In the process, she makes friends, is your emotional support, cheers you on and is your biggest fan.

During her free time, Melanie enjoys remodeling her home, spending time with family, going on long walks and cooking.

Claudette Mumme

RN, BSN, Clinical Nurse Injector

With 27 years of nursing experience and 17 years in aesthetics, Claudette Mumme is a highly skilled Certified Aesthetic Nurse Injector known for her expertise, precision, and patient-first approach.

A Texas Woman’s University graduate, Claudette started in ICU and nephrology before excelling in medical sales and training, serving as a Senior Clinical Engineer and National Aesthetic Laser Trainer. A personal aesthetic experience sparked her passion, leading to years of advanced training in aesthetic medicine.

Haley Holmes

Lead RN

Haley has been a Registered Nurse for over 5 years. She initially started her career as an Emergency Room and Trauma nurse, and has been working in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine for over 4 years.

She has the privilege of working with patients throughout the surgical process, starting in the pre-op phase, maintaining patient safety and supporting the surgeon throughout surgery, and then recovering the patient after surgery.

She was raised in Houston and attended the University of Arkansas for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and recently finished her Master of Science in Nursing at TWU. She lives in Plano with her husband Payton and black cat Salem and loves spending her free time riding bikes, exploring new restaurants and spending time with family.

Catharine Stanworth

Master Picosure Laser Professional

Cat brings extensive expertise in cosmetic laser treatments, along with strong medical and business acumen, to Solomon Plastic Surgery in Frisco, Texas. She honed her skills in leading dermatology and plastic surgery centers, specializing in skin rejuvenation, scar revision, melasma, sun damage, acne, tattoo removal, and skin tightening for all skin types and ages.

Known for delivering real results with minimal downtime, Cat combines advanced laser techniques with medical-grade skincare to create tailored treatment plans for each patient. Her deep experience and dedication have earned her recognition as one of the top global practitioners in skin rejuvenation using Picosure and other technologies.

Originally from Cambridge, England, Cat lived and worked in eight countries before settling in the U.S. A lifelong vegetarian and advocate for holistic health, she’s a Stage IV breast cancer survivor, a mother of twins, and lives with her husband, two dogs, a horse, and a miniature donkey.

Diana Marquez

Medical Assistant in Plastic Surgery

With over 12 years of experience in the field of cosmetic and plastic surgery, Diana is a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant at Solomon Plastic Surgery. She plays an essential role in patient care, guiding individuals through both their pre-operative preparation and post-operative recovery. Diana’s favorite part of her work is witnessing each patient’s transformation and being part of their journey to greater confidence.
