CARECREDIT
The CareCredit credit card is an alternative to consumer credit cards, cash, or checks. With a CareCredit card you can make convenient monthly payments instead of a lump sum prior to treatment. CareCredit helps makes it easier for cardholders to pay for the care they need.
COSMETIC FEE SCHEDULE
Prices for procedures will be discussed at the time of consultation.
The quoted fee includes the entire cost of the procedure including surgeon, anesthesia, implants (if part of the procedure) and operating room.
Minor revisions that can be performed under local anesthetic in the office within 6 months of surgery will not entail additional charges.
For patients who need to go to the operating room after initial surgery for a related complication or if revisionary procedures are required within the first year, the cost of operating room, supplies and anesthesia are your responsibility. However Dr. Solomon’s fee may be reduced or waived depending on the circumstance.
With certain procedures (especially breast operations where tissue is removed), specimens need to be sent to pathology and will incur additional charges. This will be billed to your insurance company separately by the pathologist.
Fee quoted does not include the cost of additional medical work up, prescriptions, lab or radiological testing preoperatively.
FINANCING COSMETIC SURGERY
Cosmetic surgery procedures are not typically covered by health insurance and hence financing is commonly used. We encourage patients to do their homework on the best financing that will meet their needs and be appropriate for their financial situation. Our office accepts credit cards and certain plans with care credit to help finance your surgery.
Please take into account that although these are great options to finance surgery, they can have very high interest rates. You may also choose to pay a part of the procedure and finance the rest. At Solomon plastic surgery, we encourage financial responsibility and believe that cosmetic surgery should not come at the cost of excessive borrowing or finances saved for important life events.
