AFTERDr. Solomon performs SAFE liposuction, a unique 3-step process of Separation, Aspiration, and Fat Equalization. This technique produces dramatic, smooth, and natural contours. He also uses the VASER ultrasonic liposuction device, which minimizes bruising and provides more natural curvatures.
Depending on your specific procedure, the amount of fat being removed, and the number of areas being treated, Dr. Solomon will use either general anesthesia or the less invasive tumescent technique (using local anesthesia and mild sedation) to ensure your absolute comfort and safety.
- Anesthesia or Tumescent Fluid Injection: You will be administered general anesthesia for more extensive procedures. For smaller, targeted areas, Dr. Solomon may use the Tumescent Technique.
