This patient in her late 30’s desired to increase the fullness of her breasts while correcting skin laxity. She desired to maintain a natural result and wanted a conservatively sized implant that would not be too large for her petite frame. Patient achieved this look with Mentor MemoryGel Smooth Round Moderate Classic implants, 190 cc bilaterally. Patient also had her areolas reduced in size. Photos were obtained at the 3-month post-op mark.
