51 year old who had breast augmentation with another surgeon several years ago; developed scar tissue contracture and asymmetry. A revision was done using a neosubpectoral technique and new implants were placed under the muscle. Ideally a breast lift would have enhanced the results, but was not done as she did not wish to have scars on the breast surface. 350 cc Mentor moderate plus profile silicone gel implants were used on both sides.
