46 year old with droopy breasts who underwent breast augmentation with a mastopexy (breast lift). 350 cc right and 325 cc left, Mentor moderate plus profile gel implants were placed beneath the muscle in a dual plane position. A short scar vertical breast lift was also done to refashion the breast and elevate the nipple. She is shown before and six months after the procedure.
