This 41 year-old patient came to our office desiring correction of breast laxity and to increase her breast volume.  She started as a B cup and desired to be a full C/small D.  A bilateral Mastopexy (Breast Lift) with Augmentation was performed with Allergan Smooth Round Moderate profile implants, 330

A short scar vertical breast lift was done and she is shown before and three months after the procedure. No implants were used. Post-operative view show narrowing of the areolas to match the breast size, elevation of the nipples such that they lie over the center of the breast

48 year old with significant asymmetry and breast droop. She did not wish to have implants. Before and after photos show a short scar vertical breast lift with rearrangement of breast tissue. No implants were used.
