30 year old who was a A cup size and wished to be a full C cup/small D cup size after augmentation.She is shown before and three months after breast augmentation. Allergan 345 cc inspira moderate profile smooth round gel implants were placed bilaterally in a dual plane submuscular pocket. Note the natural enhancement of breast contours.
