Case Details

48 year who complained of loss of breast volume and upper pole fullness. A breast augmentation with lift was performed. She is shown before and three month after breast augmentation with lift. Allergan 375 cc moderate profile silicone gel implants were placed in a dual plane submuscular space. Note the natural contour and well filled upper pole without the overly full and artificial upper pole appearance.
