This woman wished to have a breast lift with volume increase. Post-procedure photos show a more shapely breast with elevation of the nipples to the center of the breast mound. After photos were taken 6 weeks after surgery. They show correction of the volume loss and repositioning of the nipple over the center of the breast. A short scar vertical breast lift was done and Allergan 375 cc moderate profile implants smooth round silicone gel implants were placed under the muscle in a dual plane position. Scars are not mature as it has only been 6 weeks after surgery.
