38 year old who was happy with her breast size but complained of unshapely and saggy breasts. As she was happy with her size, a breast lift (mastopexy) was done WITHOUT using implants. She is shown before and 2.5 months after surgery. Note the excellent shape of the breast mounds with the nipple in the center of the mound. The areola has also been reduced in diameter. NO IMPLANTS were used; her native breast tissue was internally re-arranged to give her fullness and projection. The scars are pink and prominent as she is only 2.5 months post surgery. Typically in 1 to 1.5 years after surgery, scars fade away and look like stretch marks.
