71 year old with jowls, midface descent and prominent nasolabial folds. Wished to have facial rejuvenation using a deep plane facelift. Patient was unhappy with the midface and lower facial contours secondary to aging. She is shown before and 4 months after a deep plane facelift. Note the elevation of the midface, complete correction of the jowls and jawline and decrease in the depth of the nasolabial folds for a rejuvenated but natural look.
