46 year old with jowls, excess fat over the upper and lower neck, loss of jawline contour and drooping midface. Patient underwent a deep plane face and neck lift with removal of excess fat from the upper and lower neck along with platysmaplasty (tightening the platysma muscle in the neck). Notice the elevation of the midface, full correction of jowls and neckline in a harmonious fashion without looking unnatural or pulled. She is shown before and 4 months after the procedure.
