57 year old with lower eyelid bags. Photos show dramatic correction of the lower eyelid bags. A transconjunctival (approach behind the lower lid) was used thereby avoiding any visible external scars. Also, the fat in the lower eyelid was repositioned without removing it as typically done with the traditional technique. This produces a better aesthetic contour.
