Patient consulted with Dr. Solomon after losing approximately 80 pounds after a lap band procedure. Due to the large volume of excess skin over her entire abdomen, a horizontal as well as vertical scar was discussed to provide sufficient correction. However, Dr. Solomon was able to provide her with a significant result with just a horizontal, and well-concealed, abdominal scar. She was able to achieve a corrective and natural result.
