Case Details

47 year old with significant loss of breast volume and a high inframammary fold. An inframammary incision was used and the fold was lowered. A dual plane submuscular dissection was performed and mentor 425 cc moderate plus profile silicone gel implants were placed. She is shown before and four months after surgery. Results show excellent and symmetrical correction of the inframammary fold and natural breast contours
